Following a massively successful run as a real estate agent/broker, I started coaching and training agents in 2001 and transitioned to doing it full-time in 2006. I was fortunate enough to coach Jay Kinder’s and Michael Reese’s teams during that time to help them both grow their organizations, with Jay building his team to over 500 home sales and becoming the #2 agent in the world for the brand he represented. From 2001 to 2006, I worked with some of the top agents around the United States to help their buyer agents improve their conversion skills. I also had the opportunity to do live and telephone training for buyer’s agents in the Craig Proctor coaching system as I worked along with his director of coaching, Brian Moses.
In 2008, I was the first coach for Jay Kinder and Michael Reese’s coaching company. From 2008 to 2016, I helped them grow the coaching organization to generate more than $5 million in annual recurring revenue. Additionally, I helped strengthen the affiliate relationships Kinder Reese and NAEA (Jay and Mike’s coaching organizations) with real estate lead providers: Tiger Leads, BoomTown, Commissions Inc., and Market Maker Leads. I’ve helped coach, and worked with some of the top agents in the country including Albie Stasek, Matt O’Neill, Jeff Cook, Kyle Davis, Kathleen Forrest,. Tom Daves, Serri Rowell, Carlos German, Lester Cox, Ryan Reuhle, Clayton Gits, Blake Sloan, and a number of other top producers to help them build their real estate enterprises to multi-million-dollar producing sales organizations.
Over that time, I’ve conducted more than 30,000 one-on-one coaching calls, live trainings, in-person presentations, and over-the-phone coaching sessions. In addition to that, I helped mentor Cliff Freeman, one of eXp’s top earners as he entered the real estate coaching profession. I now work closely with him in helping him grow his eXp revenue share group in a coaching and training capacity. I was the ghost writer for two books that Michael Reese published, consumed by thousands of real estate agents.
I now run The Trigger Sales System, which helps real estate sales people overcome sales call reluctance so that they can be more effective in building their business and become great at recruiting to build their revenue share groups for eXp. I have a book coming out in 2022, which is a memoir and personal development publication to inspire real estate agents and other sales people to identify what’s holding them back from reaching their true potential. As well, I’m in the middle of getting placed for a TedX talk about how to overcome call reluctance, self- sabotage, and procrastination as a salesperson so that people can truly achieve their dreams.
